Speaker registration: You will automatically be awarded a complimentary pass to the event and registered as a speaker by IAPP staff. Your conference pass is eligible for all programming and events happening Wednesday and Thursday, 9-10 July.
Dietary accommodations: Should you require a special diet, please contact speaker specialist Nils Fussen at nfussen@iapp.org to indicate your needs before 9 June. Choices are: dairy-free, gluten-free, halal, kosher, vegan or vegetarian.
Speaker presentation template: All speakers using a presentation must download and use the IAPP Asia 2025 presentation template.

2 May: Watch the recorded speaker orientation web conference to support your planning process. This resource will be emailed to you by Nils Fussen.
16 May: Deadline for initial planning call with co-panelists.
30 May: Send draft presentations to your speaker specialist.
27 June: Send final presentations to your speaker specialist.
